From May 22 to 24, 2024, Jicheng Zhitong was invited to participate in the Shanghai Charging and Swapping Expo held at the Shanghai Automobile Exhibition Center. As a key event in the charging and swaping industry, the expo brought together global industry leaders, experts, scholars, and enterprise representatives to promote exchanges, showcase cutting-edge technologies and products, and drive industry development.

At this expo, Jicheng Zhitong unveiled its newly developed Fully Liquid-Cooled Flexible Charging and Discharging System, which immediately attracted broad attention and became one of the highlights of the event.

During the expo, Mr. Wang Linxian, General Manager of Jicheng Zhitong, officially launched the company’s new product. As a leading enterprise in the charging industry with over three decades of technical expertise and rich experience in the new energy sector, Jicheng Zhitong has continuously driven innovation in the power industry. Addressing the challenges of growing demands in electric vehicles, energy storage, and solar photovoltaic sectors, the R&D team has successfully developed the next-generation fully liquid-cooled flexible charging and discharging system to meet markets urgent needs.

The newly launched system centers on a liquid-cooled heat dissipation power conversion unit, enabling a maximum power output of 720kW. Comprising a fully liquid-cooled main cabinet and charging/discharging terminals, this advanced equipment offers unprecedented efficient energy management through its superior design and integration technology.

Core Technical Breakthroughs and Integrated Design

Fully liquid-cooled technology not only meets requirements for noise reduction and dust resistance in large-scale industrial environments but also significantly enhances system stability and reliability. With features such as low failure rate, long lifespan, and quiet operation, it is widely applicable across diverse scenarios.

The system adopts a charging-discharging integrated design, achieving seamless switching between charging and discharging through technologies such as multi-port energy routing, multi-gun output, and high-power charging/discharging. The AC-DC bus coupling design enhances flexibility, supporting integrated solar-storage-charging-discharging systems and providing reliable support for electric vehicle charging and future vehicle-grid interaction applications.

Advanced Technology Applications and Energy Efficiency Performance
The power conversion section incorporates cutting-edge technologies including DSP hybrid algorithmsSilicon Carbide (SiC) power devicesfilm filter capacitors, and full SMD (Surface Mount Device) technology for power components, integrated with soft-switching control to ensure high performance and reliability. The system combines advanced power electronics, automation control, and intelligent power scheduling technologies to support flexible charging/discharging and dynamic power adjustment, delivering a diverse, intelligent, and efficient charging/discharging experience.

In terms of energy efficiency, the system achieves a maximum efficiency of over 96%. It supports 12 charging/discharging gun lines, with terminals offering optional liquid-cooled or self-cooled configurations to adapt to different environments and scenarios. The unique fully liquid-cooled heat dissipation design not only improves thermal efficiency but also extends equipment lifespan. Additionally, the system supports high-power charging, vehicle-to-grid (V2G) discharging, and integration with solar and energy storage systems, addressing diverse needs in electric vehicle charging and distributed energy storage.
