Recently, Jicheng Electronics United Nations Network Fujian Electric Power Co., Ltd. applied for the project of "Key Technologies and Engineering Applications for Comprehensive Research, Judgment, and Control of Distribution Networks in All Scenarios" in the "2022 Science and Technology Progress Award" organized by State Grid. After formal review, online preliminary review, on-site review, special evaluation, award review, and approval by the award committee, the project was awarded the "Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress".
The project aims to achieve "full assessment, full sequence control, and full scenario" scheduling, and has made breakthroughs in holographic perception of distribution network operation status, comprehensive assessment of all types of faults, rapid disposal of faults throughout the entire process, and networked interactive emergency repair. The main innovations include: identification and cleaning methods for bad data in distribution networks, comprehensive analysis and judgment methods for all types of faults with multi-source non robust information, automatic generation methods for parallel scheduling instructions, and optimization strategies for spatiotemporal panoramic repair command based on digital Luansheng.
The project has multiple patents and pioneering technologies, and the overall technology has reached the international advanced level. Among them, the comprehensive analysis and judgment method for all types of faults in the distribution network based on multi-source information fusion and the fault full process disposal system have reached the international leading level. The achievements have been promoted throughout Fujian Province and some provinces and cities in China. Practice has proven that the project results can effectively reduce the number of users experiencing power outages due to distribution network failures, shorten repair time, improve power supply reliability, and achieve good economic and social benefits.
