On the afternoon of November 6th, at the seminar on "Integration and Interaction between Electric Vehicles and the New Power System" hosted by the National Key Project Team and the Electric Power Research Institute of State Grid Tianjin Electric Power Company, Mr. Wang Linxian, the General Manager of Jicheng Zhitong, made a presentation titled "Exploration on the Safety of High-power Charging Technology and the Application of Vehicle-to-Grid Interaction". He elaborated in detail on the key technologies of high-power charging, inspection standards, and relevant safety requirements. He explored how to effectively prevent and control the electrical safety risks brought about by a significant increase in power through technical means such as insulation design. He also discussed how to ensure thermal stability by using thermal management methods like heat dissipation and liquid cooling, so as to avoid the risk of thermal accumulation during the charging process. Finally, he delved into the discussion on the vehicle-to-grid interaction solutions and models in multiple scenarios, aiming to promote the application of vehicle-to-grid interaction demonstration projects.

Fully Liquid-Cooled Flexible Charging & Discharging System

Comprises a fully liquid-cooled main cabinet and charging/discharging terminals.

Power conversion units use fully surface-mounted SIC power devices and film filter capacitors, combining with soft-switching control tech.

The iES-ICS6260E series of European-standard DC chargers is specifically designed to be highly reliable and stable, supporting multiple charging standards such as CCS/CHAdeMO/GBT, etc.

With an IP55 high protection design, it is fearless of harsh environments. It has a user-friendly interface and flexible expansion capabilities. The charging power can be easily configured from 60kW to 360kW, and it is compatible with a charging voltage range of 200V to 1000V.

Wall-Mounted European Standard DC Charging Pile

Based on high-power density and ultra-wide constant power range conversion module, it offers higher safety and reliability. It adopts a new type of efficient three-phase PFC circuit topology, with a power factor greater than 0.99 and a total harmonic distortion rate as low as 5%.

20kW, 30kW, and 40kW power output. Adopts thermal backup and hibernation technology to ensure the efficient operation of the system. The operating ambient temperature range is from -20°C to +50°C.

Multiple charging methods can be selected, such as fixed-quantity charging, fixed-time charging, fixed-amount charging, fixed-duration charging, and automatic charging.
